Key Responsibilities:

Conduct various table games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and baccarat
Maintain a thorough knowledge of game rules, procedures, and payouts
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere
Handle and exchange chips, cards, and other gaming equipment accurately and efficiently
Monitor game play to ensure fair and honest outcomes for all players
Enforce casino rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a calm and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition
Work collaboratively with other casino staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
Attend and participate in training programs and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Casino Dealer, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of various casino games and their rules, procedures, and payouts
Excellent mathematical skills and ability to calculate payouts accurately
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations with ease
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
Knowledge of a second language is an asset
