Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Leisure Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Leisure Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our leisure programs and services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities and activities, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive leisure program that caters to the needs and interests of our community
• Coordinate and schedule leisure activities, events, and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Select and train a team of leisure staff to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality programs
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our leisure facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our leisure services, making necessary adjustments to improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with external partners and organizations to organize joint events and activities
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and appropriate allocation of resources
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our leisure services
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating leisure programs and services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards in the leisure industry
