Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artisan Workshop Manager to join our team. As the Artisan Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, managing a team of artisans, and ensuring the production of high-quality artisanal products. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the workshop's efficiency and meeting production targets while adhering to strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of artisans, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Develop and implement production schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Oversee the quality control process, ensuring that all products meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for production.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new products and improve existing ones based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Identify and troubleshoot any production issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Manage the workshop budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing new techniques and technologies to improve production processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an artisanal workshop setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of artisanal production processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using various tools and equipment used in the workshop.
• Experience with inventory management and budgeting.
