Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our growing team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality control procedures will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications
• Document and report any quality issues or defects to the Quality Control Manager
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in all products
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Conduct equipment calibrations and maintain accurate records of all quality control activities
• Participate in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
• Perform routine audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Train and educate production teams on quality control procedures and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and techniques
• Familiarity with quality control software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulations is a plus
