Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop new machinery and equipment, ensuring that they meet all performance, safety, and quality standards.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most suitable materials, components, and technologies for machinery design.
Collaborate with other engineers and production teams to ensure that machinery is integrated seamlessly into production processes.
Create and maintain detailed technical drawings and specifications for machinery and equipment.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring that all components are working correctly and safely.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing machinery, implementing repairs and upgrades as needed.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, incorporating new technologies and techniques into machinery design and maintenance.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on machinery operation and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery design and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
