Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automation strategies for various manufacturing processes
Design, develop, and program control systems for automated machinery
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and trends
Train and educate employees on the use and maintenance of automated systems
Create and maintain documentation for all automation processes and systems
Perform regular maintenance and updates on existing automation equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations for all automated systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation design and implementation
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI development
Experience with various automation technologies such as robotics, motion control, and vision systems
Proficient in CAD software and able to create detailed technical drawings
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards for automated systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
