We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Broker to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Property Broker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and facilitating real estate transactions for our clients. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine the value of properties and provide accurate pricing recommendations to clients.
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and tenants.
• Network and build relationships with industry professionals, potential clients, and other stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to interested parties.
• Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
• Manage the administrative tasks associated with property transactions, including preparing contracts, lease agreements, and other necessary paperwork.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Broker or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Proven track record of successful property transactions and satisfied clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM software.
• Must hold a valid real estate broker license.
