Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain software programs and applications using programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of software programs
• Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the development process
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers within the team
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the software development industry
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects
• Continuously improve and optimize existing software programs to enhance performance and user experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Senior/Lead role
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining large-scale software programs and applications
• Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
