Position: Hardware Systems Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Hardware Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our hardware systems. You will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our hardware infrastructure to meet the demands of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for hardware systems.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing hardware systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and implement hardware solutions to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of hardware systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for hardware systems.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their adoption.
• Participate in the planning and execution of hardware upgrades and migrations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on hardware systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware systems analysis and support.
• Strong understanding of hardware components, architectures, and configurations.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues.
• Experience with network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, and other related hardware.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and storage solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in relevant hardware technologies are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• This is a Full-time position, with the possibility of occasional after-hours work.
• The Hardware Systems Analyst may be required to be on-call for critical issues.
• The role may require some physical work, such as lifting and moving equipment.
