Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of all backgrounds and abilities
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to track their progress
• Manage and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with other Science Teachers and staff to develop and improve the Science curriculum
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's academic progress
• Stay updated on advancements in the field of Science and incorporate them into lesson plans
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science Education or a related field
• Teaching certification or license in Science (or eligible for certification)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience teaching Science at the 7th level
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Science concepts and principles
• Passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and handle challenging situations
