Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of the education programs, including curriculum development, scheduling, and logistics
Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective educational strategies and initiatives
Communicate with students, parents, and community partners to build strong relationships and promote program participation
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure student success
Develop and maintain program budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
Maintain accurate program records and prepare reports for stakeholders
Organize and facilitate meetings and events related to the education programs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program offerings
Work closely with the marketing team to promote and advertise the programs to reach a wider audience
Provide support and guidance to program participants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Recruit, train, and supervise program volunteers and interns
Collaborate with other departments to ensure program alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an educational setting
Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and program evaluation
Experience working with diverse populations and building strong relationships with stakeholders
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
