Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team. As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that will be used for various purposes such as marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and social media content. Your role will be crucial in helping our company showcase our brand and products to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and execute photo shoots for various projects, including product shoots, lifestyle shoots, and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the vision and objectives of each project and ensure that all images align with the company's brand and messaging.
• Use your creativity and technical skills to set up and compose shots, select lighting, and choose the appropriate equipment to achieve the desired results.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality and consistency in color, tone, and style.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our images.
• Manage and maintain all photography equipment to ensure they are in good working condition at all times.
• Coordinate with models, stylists, and other team members to ensure a smooth and successful photo shoot.
• Manage and organize all images in our digital asset management system.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the company's visual identity by contributing to the development of style guides and photography standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your technical and creative skills.
• Proficient in using various photography equipment, such as cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting, and editing software.
• Knowledgeable in different photography techniques, including studio lighting, composition, and post-processing.
• Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and external parties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• A passion for photography and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
