Responsibilities:

Perform daily tasks to maintain the ranch, including but not limited to feeding, watering, and grooming animals, cleaning stables and barns, repairing fences, and operating farm equipment.
Monitor the health and well-being of the animals and report any concerns to the ranch manager.
Assist with breeding and birthing of livestock, ensuring the safety of both mother and offspring.
Maintain accurate records of animal health and breeding schedules.
Help with the harvesting and baling of hay and other crops.
Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used on the ranch.
Assist with construction projects, such as building new structures and repairing existing ones.
Perform general maintenance duties, such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Interact with visitors and guests, providing information about the ranch and its operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working on a ranch or farm preferred.
Knowledge of animal care and husbandry practices.
Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
Basic understanding of construction and maintenance tasks.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must pass a background check.
