Job Overview: As a Paper Mill Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the production processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our paper mill. You will oversee a team of production workers and lead them to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. Your role will also involve identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production process and ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet client demands and ensure optimal utilization of resources
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and maintain a high level of performance
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and identify maintenance needs
• Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of raw materials to prevent production delays
• Prepare reports on production performance, equipment utilization, and other key metrics to be presented to management
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a paper manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of paper production processes and equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving production targets and implementing process improvements
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
