Position: Cinematographer

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Cinematographer to join our production team. As a Cinematographer, you will play a crucial role in the creation of high-quality films, videos, and other media content. You will collaborate closely with the Director, Producers, and other production crew members to ensure that the visual storytelling of our projects is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Director to understand their vision and translate it into a visual language that aligns with the project's overall goals
• Develop and implement creative and technical decisions for lighting, camera angles, camera movement, and shot composition
• Select and operate camera equipment, including lenses, filters, and lighting
• Collaborate with the Director of Photography to establish the aesthetic direction of the project
• Coordinate with the camera crew and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production
• Continuously monitor and adjust lighting and camera settings to achieve the desired look and feel of the project
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in camera technology to bring innovative ideas to the production process
• Work closely with the post-production team to ensure that the final product meets the Director's vision and the project's requirements
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all crew members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Cinematography, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cinematographer in film production or related industry
• Proven track record of successfully executing creative and technical decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in operating various camera and lighting equipment
• Strong knowledge of cinematography techniques, such as lighting, composition, and camera movement
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically and creatively
• Experience working with different types of cameras, such as film, digital, and VR cameras, is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work on location as required by the project
