Position: Academic Curriculum Specialist

Location: Jiangsu Center

Overview: Jiangsu Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Academic Curriculum Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing academic curriculum strategies that align with our company's goals and standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and maintains a high level of academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic curriculum strategies and policies in alignment with company standards and goals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and update curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with industry practices and standards.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in our curriculum and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Ensure that our curriculum meets the needs and learning objectives of our students.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure that curriculum delivery methods are effective and engaging.
• Develop and implement training programs for faculty to ensure effective delivery of curriculum and student success.
• Continuously evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of our curriculum and make necessary adjustments to ensure academic excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in curriculum development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of curriculum across all programs.
• Provide support and guidance to faculty in the development and delivery of course materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure that our curriculum is effectively marketed to prospective students.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an academic setting.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design and development principles.
• Experience in higher education is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
