Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistent product and service quality
Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections throughout the production process
Identify and analyze quality issues, investigate root causes, and develop effective corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements
Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including specifications, procedures, and reports
Train and educate employees on quality standards and procedures
Participate in supplier quality evaluations and audits
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and tools
Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, is a plus
