Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Monitor and manage the production process to ensure quality standards are met and production targets are achieved.
Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to production team members.
Work with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the production process.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials to support production needs.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all production staff.
Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, engineering, and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electronic production technology to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of electronic components, assembly, and testing processes.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards for electronic production.
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
