Position: STEM Educator

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other educators to develop cross-curricular projects and activities.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and group discussions, to cater to different learning styles.
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their performance.
• Identify and address individual learning needs and provide additional support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in STEM education to continuously enhance the curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and sharing their ideas.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders about students' progress and achievements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching or facilitating STEM subjects, preferably in a classroom setting.
• Strong knowledge of STEM concepts and principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
• Passion for working with students and helping them reach their full potential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
• Experience with project-based learning and inquiry-based teaching methods is a plus.
