Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your creativity and innovative thinking to design high-end jewelry pieces that align with our brand's vision and aesthetic
Collaborate with the design team to develop concept sketches and turn them into final designs
Conduct market research to stay informed of current trends and competitor offerings
Source and select high-quality gemstones and materials for each piece, ensuring they meet our standards of excellence
Create technical drawings and specifications for production
Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are executed accurately and efficiently
Oversee the production process to ensure that all pieces are of the highest quality
Participate in design presentations and meetings with clients to discuss custom pieces and provide recommendations
Maintain a strong understanding of the jewelry industry, including market trends, techniques, and materials

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fine jewelry design, preferably with a luxury brand
Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and techniques
Proficient in CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and production processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
