Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify their business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
• Design and implement data analysis projects, including data collection, cleaning, and modeling
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets using various statistical and machine learning techniques
• Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to extract insights and drive decision-making
• Communicate findings and insights to clients in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques
• Provide recommendations and actionable insights to clients based on data analysis and modeling results
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics, and apply them to client projects when appropriate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into existing business processes and systems
• Provide training and mentorship to junior data scientists and team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and a curious mindset
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus
