Job Title: Data Warehousing Administrator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Warehousing Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Data Warehousing Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's data warehouse systems. You will work closely with our data engineering and business intelligence teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our data warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain our data warehouse systems using industry best practices and standards.
• Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data warehouse operations, including data loading, transformation, and extraction.
• Collaborate with data engineering and business intelligence teams to understand data requirements and develop efficient data processes.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse documentation, including data models, data mappings, and data dictionaries.
• Implement and maintain data security protocols to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
• Work closely with data governance team to enforce data governance policies and procedures.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve any data anomalies or discrepancies.
• Identify and implement opportunities for data warehouse system improvements and enhancements.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data warehousing technologies and practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, with a strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and concepts.
• Extensive experience working with data warehousing tools and technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Hadoop.
• Proficient in SQL and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with data modeling and data integration techniques.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
