Job Overview: As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet or exceed our clients' expectations. You will work closely with the Quality Control team to develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Conduct quality control inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established standards
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventive measures
• Train and guide team members on quality control processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and procedures
• Communicate with clients to address any quality-related concerns or issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals
• 5 of experience in quality control or a related field
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Technical skill is a plus
• Some certification in quality control is a plus
