Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the development and testing process. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure product functionality and performance
• Identify and report any defects, bugs, or issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and product managers to identify and resolve quality issues
• Conduct manual and automated testing on a variety of platforms and devices
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor and analyze product performance and provide recommendations for improvements
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure product quality
• Participate in code reviews to identify potential defects and provide feedback to the development team
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing
• Continuously improve and optimize the quality assurance process to ensure the highest level of quality in our products and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools and techniques
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as ISTQB, are a plus.
