Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will play a critical role in developing our employees' skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to their professional growth and the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies that support the company's overall objectives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs, create training plans, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs, including classroom sessions, online courses, and hands-on workshops.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and training methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure maximum knowledge retention.
• Evaluate and select external training vendors and resources as needed.
• Monitor and track employee progress and performance following training to assess the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve and enhance our training programs.
• Partner with HR to identify high-potential employees and develop tailored training and development plans to support their career growth.
• Manage the learning and development budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various learning methods.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with leaders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Passion for continuous learning and development, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to do the same.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position.
• This role may require occasional travel to different company locations or training events.
• The Learning and Development Specialist will primarily work in an office setting, but may also conduct training sessions in various environments.
