Position: Academic Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Academic Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our academic programs, ensuring their success and growth. You will be a key leader in our organization, collaborating with various departments to develop and implement strategies to enhance our programs and meet the needs of our students. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and growth of our academic programs
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective delivery of programs
• Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed
• Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders to enhance program opportunities for students
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and integrate them into program development and delivery
• Oversee the recruitment and retention of students, and provide support and guidance to help them succeed academically
• Lead and mentor a team of academic program coordinators and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote and market programs to prospective students and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives
• Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory requirements for academic programs
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Passion for education and commitment to student success
