Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Assist in the development of program materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, and presentations.
Communicate with students, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure program information is disseminated accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor program progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure program success.
Maintain program records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support program delivery.
Assist with program evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to inform program development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or a related role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Experience working with diverse populations and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
