Job Overview: As a Music Teacher/Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your love for music and inspire students to develop their musical talents. You will be responsible for teaching a variety of music classes, including individual and group lessons, to students of all ages. In addition to teaching, you will also be involved in developing lesson plans, organizing performances and events, and providing guidance and support to students as they progress in their musical journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that align with the company's curriculum
• Teach both individual and group music classes, including instrumental and vocal lessons
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their musical skills
• Organize and oversee performances and events, such as recitals and concerts, for students to showcase their talents
• Collaborate with other music teachers to develop new programs and initiatives that enhance the learning experience for students
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents/guardians on a regular basis
• Stay up-to-date with current music trends, teaching methods, and technology to continuously improve the quality of instruction
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and a love for music in students

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching music classes to students of all ages
• Proficient in playing one or more musical instruments and knowledge of music theory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about music and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
• Patient, adaptable, and able to work with students of varying abilities and learning styles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the schedules of students and performances/events
