Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for all phases of our aerospace products, from design and development to production and delivery
Conduct thorough inspections and audits of materials, components, and processes to identify and resolve any quality issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and standards for new products and processes, and ensure that these requirements are met throughout the entire production process
Develop and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation and records, including test reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports
Analyze and interpret data from quality control tests and inspections to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, and work with the engineering team to implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to aerospace quality assurance, and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the aerospace industry
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and practices, as well as industry standards and regulations
Experience with quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in quality management software and tools, such as Minitab, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing, is preferred
