Company Description: Supply Sphere LogisticsWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of products and materials for our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track the movement of products and materials from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers
• Create and maintain shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
• Review and process shipping documents, such as bills of lading and customs forms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing team to ensure an adequate supply of products
• Identify and resolve any logistical issues or delays that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and provide regular reports to management
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to logistics and make recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during transportation and storage of goods
• Train and supervise logistics team members, including warehouse staff and drivers, to ensure efficient operations
• Participate in inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of logistics procedures and best practices
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
