Azure Zenith Tech Institute is seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all aspects of our education programs. You will work closely with our program directors, educators, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation and execution of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote and expand our education programs.
• Collaborate with program directors to develop and implement program goals, objectives, and curriculum.
• Coordinate and schedule program events, workshops, and activities.
• Manage program budgets and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
• Oversee program logistics, including transportation, supplies, and materials.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain program databases, records, and reports.
• Communicate regularly with program participants, parents, and stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate program meetings and trainings.
• Stay updated on current education trends and research to inform program development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of current education practices and trends.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and program management software.
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
