Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic tests to determine the root cause of equipment malfunctions
Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, soldering equipment, and other specialized tools
Follow technical manuals and diagrams to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment
Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
Keep accurate records of repair work and maintain inventory of spare parts
Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair status and answer any questions or concerns
Collaborate with other technicians and team members to troubleshoot complex issues and find solutions
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Continuously expand knowledge and skills through ongoing training and education opportunities

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends, if necessary
