Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design curriculum for various educational programs, including but not limited to online courses, workshops, and training materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content, identify learning objectives, and design effective instructional strategies.
• Conduct extensive research to ensure that all curriculum materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
• Utilize a variety of instructional design techniques, such as storyboarding and scenario-based learning, to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, graphics, and simulations, into curriculum materials to enhance learning.
• Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company objectives.
• Develop assessment tools and strategies to measure the effectiveness of curriculum materials and make necessary improvements.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and incorporate them into curriculum development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure that curriculum materials are consistent with company branding and messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
• Proficient in using instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Experience in developing curriculum for online learning platforms and virtual environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
