Key Responsibilities:

Identify areas for improvement in transportation processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to improve transportation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight operations, logistics, or transportation.
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
