As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to both existing and potential residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing apartments: Greet potential residents, provide tours of the property, and showcase the available units. Develop and maintain relationships with residents to ensure high occupancy rates.

-Sales and Marketing: Utilize various marketing strategies to attract potential residents, including social media, advertising, and resident referrals. Conduct market surveys to stay updated on the competition and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.

-Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to all resident inquiries and concerns. Build strong relationships with residents to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

-Administrative Duties: Efficiently handle all administrative tasks related to leasing, including processing applications, preparing lease agreements, and maintaining accurate records. Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease terms and conditions, as well as company policies and procedures.

-Maintain Property Appearance: Conduct regular property walks to ensure the property is well-maintained and identify any issues that need to be addressed. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all units are move-in ready for new residents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
