EnergyLink Utilities is seeking a highly motivated Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Anytown, United States. As an industry leader in sustainable energy solutions, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and promoting energy efficiency in all aspects of our business. We are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our passion for protecting the environment and promoting sustainable practices.As an Energy Efficiency Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing energy efficiency programs for our company and our clients. You will be responsible for conducting energy audits, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for energy savings. You will also be responsible for developing and managing projects that will help our company and clients reduce their energy consumption and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy audits to identify potential energy savings opportunities
• Analyze energy consumption data and develop reports to present findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement energy efficiency programs
• Manage and oversee energy efficiency projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Review and evaluate energy efficiency technologies and products to determine their effectiveness and potential for implementation
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to energy efficiency and make recommendations for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote energy efficiency initiatives
• Conduct training and workshops for employees and clients on energy efficiency best practices
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients on the progress and impact of energy efficiency programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency principles, technologies, and best practices
• Experience conducting energy audits and analyzing energy consumption data
• Project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
• Experience with energy management systems and tools is a plus
• Certifications in energy efficiency or sustainability are preferred
