Position: Supply Chain Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products and materials. You will work closely with our suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet company objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and optimize distribution channels.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to reduce supply chain costs.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, supplier selection, and contract management.
• Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain operations.
• Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Proven track record of implementing supply chain improvements and achieving cost savings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
