If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!We are seeking a talented Artisanal Crafts Designer to join our team. As an Artisanal Crafts Designer, you will work closely with our team to design and create unique, handcrafted products that showcase your creative vision and skills. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other designers, as well as work independently to develop new and innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create a variety of artisanal crafts, including but not limited to pottery, textiles, jewelry, and home decor items.
• Research and stay up-to-date on current design trends and techniques, incorporating them into your work.
• Collaborate with other designers to develop new products and collections.
• Create prototypes and samples for new products, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Utilize a variety of materials, techniques, and tools to bring your designs to life.
• Manage your own production schedule and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and costs associated with each product.
• Participate in product photoshoots and assist in creating product descriptions.
• Attend trade shows and craft fairs to showcase your work and network with potential buyers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your designs and craftsmanship.
• Excellent knowledge of different materials, techniques, and tools used in artisanal crafts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
