Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail. As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on various types of aircraft, ensuring that they are in top working condition and meet all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft, including testing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, including engine repairs, component replacements, and system upgrades.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Review maintenance records and logbooks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Follow manufacturer's guidelines and technical manuals for proper maintenance and repair procedures.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on each aircraft.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and techniques in aircraft maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Technical school or certification in aircraft maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
• Excellent knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
