EcoSolutions Environment is looking for an experienced and passionate Sustainability Coordinator to join our team. As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives to promote environmental, social, and economic sustainability within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sustainability policies and procedures in line with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices across all departments.
• Educate and train employees on sustainability issues and initiatives to promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to sustainability and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and partnerships.
• Plan and coordinate events and campaigns to raise awareness and promote sustainability within the organization and the community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related field.
• Knowledge of sustainability best practices, regulations, and reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI, CDP, UN SDGs).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
