Responsibilities:

Collaborate with creative team to develop multimedia content for digital platforms, including videos, animations, and interactive graphics

Conceptualize and pitch innovative ideas for multimedia projects, taking into account target audience and brand objectives

Create storyboards, scripts and shot lists for video projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and standards

Oversee entire production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and delivery

Manage and coordinate production crew, including videographers, editors, animators, and sound engineers

Conduct interviews and gather footage on location, ensuring high production value and adherence to timeline

Edit and enhance raw footage, sound, and graphics using various software programs to produce high-quality final products

Collaborate with marketing team to incorporate multimedia content into campaigns and initiatives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in multimedia production and digital media

Maintain and organize multimedia assets, ensuring accessibility for future use and reference

Manage budget and timeline for multimedia projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency

Ensure all multimedia content meets brand guidelines and legal requirements

Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to deliver engaging and impactful multimedia content

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production, preferably in a fast-paced and creative environment

Proven track record of conceptualizing and producing high-quality multimedia content across various platforms

Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including filming, lighting, sound, and editing

Proficiency in industry-standard software programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, and how to optimize multimedia content for each platform

Knowledge of copyright laws and licensing requirements for multimedia content

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Passion for multimedia production and the ability to bring new and innovative ideas to the table.
