Job Summary: As an Agricultural Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our research and development efforts through data collection, analysis, and implementation of new technologies. You will work closely with our team of agronomists, engineers, and researchers to develop and test new farming techniques, equipment, and products. Your expertise in the field of agriculture and keen attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field experiments and collect data on various crops, soil samples, and farming practices
• Analyze collected data and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the development and testing of new farming equipment and technologies
• Collaborate with agronomists and engineers to troubleshoot and improve existing agricultural systems
• Maintain and repair equipment used in field experiments and demonstrations
• Provide technical support and training to farmers on the proper use of new technologies and products
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in agricultural technology
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agricultural Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of farming practices, equipment, and technology
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different locations
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
