Key Responsibilities:

Operate shuttle vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, following all traffic laws and regulations
Transport clients to and from designated locations, such as airports, hotels, and other destinations as assigned
Assist clients with loading and unloading of luggage and other items
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints
Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, both inside and out
Conduct routine inspections to ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and report any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate department
Keep accurate records of shift activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and dress code
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient transportation services
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and represent the company in a positive manner to clients and the general public
