Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing curriculum materials and programs to support our company's educational goals and objectives. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to ensure that our curriculum is effective, engaging, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and curriculum design principles to inform the development of new curriculum materials and programs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to identify learning objectives, develop learning outcomes, and design engaging and effective learning materials.
• Design and develop blended learning materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and other interactive content.
• Utilize various instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE and backward design, to ensure that curriculum materials are aligned with learning objectives and instructional strategies.
• Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for curriculum improvement and development.
• Develop and maintain curriculum development timelines, project plans, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient delivery of training materials.
• Continuously evaluate and update existing curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into the curriculum development process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in instructional design, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our curriculum materials and programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
• Proven experience in designing and developing blended learning materials.
• Proficiency in using e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs.
• Excellent project management and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and continuous learning.
