Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to identify learning objectives and develop curriculum content that meets the specific needs of our target audience
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and relevance of curriculum materials
Design and develop engaging and interactive learning activities, including presentations, assessments, and simulations
Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create effective and engaging learning experiences
Review and update existing curriculum materials to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards
Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and enhance curriculum materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure curriculum materials are integrated with other training programs and initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in learning and development to incorporate new techniques and technologies into curriculum development
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of curriculum development projects
Adhere to copyright and intellectual property guidelines when developing and utilizing third-party materials

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
Proficient in using various e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing project needs and deadlines
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for developing engaging learning experiences
