Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Field Production Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Field Production Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to the production team in the field. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to various production sites to set up and operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Monitor and adjust production equipment to maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify and address potential equipment or process failures.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Knowledge of production processes and equipment, such as pumps, motors, and conveyors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in outdoor or remote locations and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
