If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Talent Tide Solutions, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best candidates for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the needs of our company and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Talent Tide Solutions, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement in the recruitment space
