Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage educational programs and curriculums that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and student success
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making necessary adjustments to improve program quality
Create and maintain budgets for educational programs, ensuring efficient use of resources
Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and other educational events
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, such as schools, community organizations, and government agencies
Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote educational programs and increase enrollment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in education program coordination or management
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful educational programs
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse groups of people
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Passion for education and commitment to promoting student success
