We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and success.

Job Overview: As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of Impact Org Management. You will report directly to the Board of Directors and work closely with them to achieve our goals and objectives. This is a high-level leadership role that requires exceptional managerial, communication, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's mission and vision.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of staff members, ensuring a high-performing and motivated team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, donors, and government agencies.
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and meetings, promoting our brand and mission.
• Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors on the organization's progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's programs and services to meet the needs of our target audience.
• Act as a spokesperson for the organization, effectively communicating our message and advocating for our cause.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, budgets, and teams.
• Strong understanding of financial management and fundraising strategies.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
