Position: Education Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Education Program Manager to join our team and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our organization's education programs. As the Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our education programs, from creating curriculum to coordinating with stakeholders and evaluating program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent project management skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs in line with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant curriculum for various education programs
• Identify and establish partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote and expand our education programs
• Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff, including instructors and volunteers
• Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, enrollment, and facilities management
• Monitor and track program progress, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports for program stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements to meet program goals and objectives
• Stay updated on education trends, research, and best practices to ensure program relevance and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain relationships with program participants, families, and community partners to foster a positive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in an education setting
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and program evaluation
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with diverse populations, including students, families, and community partners
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficient in data collection and analysis, with the ability to use data to inform program decisions
• Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives
